About Stand United As One
This program seeks to inspire and encourage good academics and behaviors by providing ongoing relationships with mentors that would give them a measure of accountability to themselves and others within the community.

Our main goal is the uplift the community by changing the narrative within the school system by rewarding academic excellence and behaviors that positively affect the community.
At Stand United As One, we believe that every young man has the potential to achieve greatness. We are committed to providing the support and resources they need to succeed, so that they can define their future and change the world.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower young men in the eastern communities of Birmingham Alabama to achieve their full potential. Through our Good Grades/Good Behavior Program, we provide them with the resources they need to succeed, including 200 free haircuts and a warm fleece lined hoodie. We are committed to helping these young men achieve their goals and become leaders in their community.
